The special ability of snails found in the nature
Snails, from Sambanol region of France, have special abilities in protecting themselves from external harmful environments by releasing mucus when skin is damaged or when the shell is cracked. Mucin, the main component of snail mucus, helps prevent loss of skin moisture from external harsh environments and helps to make skin shiny and healthy.

How To Use
After toner(skin booster) or essence, apply an appropriate amount to the entire face and gently pat for better absorption.
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if signs of irritation or rashes appear. Keep out of reach of children. Replace the cap after use.

We ship domestic U.S. orders via USPS or UPS. Orders will typically arrive within 2 to 6 business days. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

All orders placed Monday–Friday EST will ship within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays or major inclement weather events. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Friday-Sunday will ship the next business day.
Free Shipping: Nature Republic offers free ground shipping for orders to the domestic U.S. that total $35 or more before taxes, and after any discounts or promotions have been applied. For orders less than $35 there is a delivery charge for ground shipping. Delivery is estimated between 3-8 business days depending on the shipping method.
Economy Shipping: Orders placed with economy shipping will arrive within 5-8 business days. There is a $4.90 charge.
Standard Shipping: Orders placed with standard shipping will arrive within 3-4 business days. There is a $6.90 charge.
2-Day Shipping: For domestic U.S. orders, we offer 2-day expedited shipping for a $14.90 flat rate (less than 10lb). However, we cannot ship expedited orders to military addresses or P.O. boxes. It’s important to note that the 2-day shipping process starts once the order leaves our warehouse (closes on weekends), not from the date that the order was placed.
Once you’ve received an email that your order has shipped, refer to the tracking information for the most up-to-date information.
Due to the rate of our fulfillment process, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been placed. We’re also unable to change shipping addresses after orders have been submitted. Please double-check that all shipping information is accurate before placing your order. Please note: any orders placed separately will ship separately.

Can’t leave a review since I never received my products to use them. Emailed, no response. Called and customer service rep was unable to help either.
We are sorry to hear about your missing package. We did respond to your e-mail and also gave you the explanations on how to handle the missing package on the phone. On the e-mail we sent, we have also notified you that your missing package is under investigation, and we're waiting for a response from USPS. In order to be able to re-ship you the items.
Once the package is shipped out, it's out of our hand. Again, we're so sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we cannot help you until the investigation is completed on USPS side, as the package was lost after it had arrived at your address.
